A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK, DECLARING
THAT A MAJORITY PROTEST. WITH REFERENCE
TO ANNEXATION NO. 21" WAS MADE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park does hereby find, determine and declare, as follows:
a) That pursuant to Section 35300 et seq. of
the Government Code of the State of California, the
City Council of the City of Baldwin Park conducted
a duly noticed public hearing to consider protests
and objections to the proposed innexation of certain
uninhabited property described as Annexation No. 21";
and
b) That the said public hearing was duly
closed; and
c) That a majority protest, within the
meaning of Section 35300 et seq. of the Government
Code, was made with reference to said proceeding.
SECTION 2. That the proceedings, above described, be,
and the same hereby are, terminated.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 7th day of July. 1971.
