NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, at their meeting held March 20, 2002,
there were no members of the City Council, Community Redevelopment Agency
or Housing/Financing Authority present. Due to the lack of quorum, the Chief
Deputy City Clerk was instructed to adjourn to Wednesday, March 27, 2002;
Study Session at 4:00 p.m., and Regular Session at 7:00 p.m.

I, Rosemary M. Ramirez declare as follows:
That I am the Chief Deputy City Clerk of the City of Baldwin Park; that at
the Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park held March
20, 2002, no members were present thereat; I was instructed to adjourn said
meeting to Wednesday, March 27, 2002, in the Council Chamber, 14403 E.
Pacific Avenue.
A copy of said notice was posted at a conspicuous place near the door of
the room at which said meeting was held, within 24 hours of adjournment.
