A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AUTHORIZING AND
REQUESTING THE DIRECTOR OF PERSONNEL
AND/OR THE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION OF
TtiE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES TO PERFORM
PERSONNEL SERVICES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
hereby requests the Director of Personnel and/or the Civil
Service Commission of the County of Los Angeles to perform on
behalf of said City personnel services; a11 pursuant to the
terms and provisions of the General Services Agreement which
said City entered into with the County of Los Angeles on
June 29th, 1971.
SECTION 2. The payment for these personnel services will
be in accordance with the terms and provisions of the General
Services Agreement which said City entered into with the County
of Los Angeles on June 29th, 1971.
SECTION 3. Said personnel services are to be performed
upon direction of the City Council or its designated agent.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and shall transmit a certified copy thereof
to the County of Los Angeles.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 7th day of Ju1y» 1971.
