RESOLUTION NO. 71-189
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK IMPOSING CERTAIN
VEHICULAR TRAFFIC REGULATIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. That the following areas are hereby designated
as No Parking", pursuant to Section 3354 of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code.
1. The northerly and'southerly side of Dalewood
Street, 300 feet westerly of Ituni Street.
2. West side of Puente Avenue between Dexter
Street and Millbury Avenue and the northerly
and southerly side of Cleary Drive between
Puente Avenue and Root Street. No Parking
9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M., except weekends and
holidays)
SECTION 2. That the Street Superintendent is hereby
directed and instructed to install and maintain appropriate signs
and/or curb markings giving notice of the hereinabove described
vehicular traffic restriction
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution, and shall forward a copy hereof to
the Street Superintendent.
PASSED/ APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of July______,
1971.
