A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK SETTING A HEARING
DATE FOR ANY PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO
THE REPORTS OF THE SUPERINTENDENT OF
STREETS 70-S-48, 71-S-2, 6, 7, 12 & 19)
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That the Superintendent of Streets has heretofore
filed Reports of Work, dated July 21, 1971, pursuant to Section 5882
of the, Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, relating
to the construction of certain improvements completed in the following
cases:
a) Northwest side of Arhol Street between Fairgrove
Street and Waco Street 70-S-48)
b) South side of Nubia Street between Bleecker
Street and Borel Street 71-S-2)
c) Southeast side of Frazier Street between
Fairgrove Street and Dart Street 71-S-6)
d) Southeast side of Robinette Avenue between
Tracy Street and Francisquito Avenue 71-S-7)
e) South side of Olive Street between Stewart Avenue
and Edra Avenue 71-S-12)
f) South side of Rockenbach Street between Stewart
Avenue and La Rica Avenue 71-S-19)
SECTION 2. That pursuant to Section 5870, et seq., of said
Code, the City Council does hereby order and declare that on the 18th
day of August, 1971, in the Council Chambers, it will hear and pass upon
any and all objections or protests to the Reports of Work of the
Superintendent of Streets, and the amount of the assessments assigned
against the real property described in said Reports.
SECTION 3. That all protests or objections must be in writing
and filed with the City Clerk on or before the time set for hearing of
protests and objections.
