RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK CONFIRMING THE CITY
MANAGER'S REPORT REGARDING CERTAIN
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS 70-N-95)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council ofi the City of Baldwin Park
does hereby find, determine and declare as follow^:
a) That pursuant to Section 3200 et seq., of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code, as a result of a duly noticed
public hearing, it was determined that certain premises,
hereinafter described, constituted a public nuisance; and
b) That subsequent to the hearing on said matter the
City Council did order the same abated, in the manner set forth
in Council Resolution No. 71-11; and
c) That the owner of the said premises failed to abate
the said nuisance within the time permitted by said Resolution,
and pursuant to said Council order the City Manager caused the
same abated; and
d) That a duly noticed public hearing was held upon
the report of the City Manager with reference to the cost of
such abatement, said report having been previously filed with
said Council; and
f) That the report of the cost of the abatement
work accomplished by the City Manager, and a description of
the property subject to assessment therefore, is as is set
forth in Exhibit A" attached hereto and incorporated herein
by this reference.
SECTION 2. That the report of the City Manager, attached
hereto as Exhibit A", is hereby accepted and confirmed. That the costs
of the said work, as shown on said Exhibit A" shall be assessed against
the property as thereon described, in the amount as set forth in said
report.
SECTION 3. That if such assessment is not paid to the Treasurer
of the City of Baldwin Park within thirty 30) days from the adoption
of this Resolution, it shall constitute a special assessment against
said property, described on Exhibit A" for the amount stated thereon,
which lien shall continue, and be in full force and effect, until the
assessment due thereon is paid in full.
SECTION 4. That if the said assessment is not paid within the
time set forth above, the City Clerk shall file certified copies hereof
with the Tax Assessor and Tax Collector for the City, each of whom
shall assess and collect the same, in the manner provided in Sections
38773 and 38773.5 of the Government Code of the State of California.
SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution. A certified copy hereof shall be forwarded to the
owner of the property described, by United States mail postage prepaid.
That if the assessment is not paid within the time permitted, the City
Clerk shall deliver a Notice of Lien to the County Assessor and Tax
Collector, who, in accordance with applicable law, shall collect said
assessment, together with all other taxes relating to such property.

PURSUANT to Resolution No. 71-11 the following described
abatement has been completed.
Demolition of one bourse, one garage and one shed
and general clean up of premises.
THE DESCRIPTION of the real property at which this abate-
ment has been completed is as follows:
15000 Nubia Street Tract No. 7701 lot commencing at
southwest corner of Lot 19 thence north 0042'351' east
59.90 feet thence south 89057130" east 123.17 feet
thence south to southerly line of said lot thence west
thereon 123.13 feet to beginning part of Lot 19.
