A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK SETTING A HEARING
DATE FOR ANY PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO
THE REPORTS OF THE SUPERINTENDENT OF
STREETS 71-S-l, 14, 17 & 18)
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That the Superintendent of Streets has heretofore
filed Reports of Work, dated August 18, 1971, pursuant to Section 5882
of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, relating
to the construction of certain improvements completed in the following
cases:
a) Northwest side of Robinette Avenue between Tracy
Street and Francisquito Avenue 71-S-l)
b) Northwest side of Frazier Street between Fairgrove
Street and Bess Avenue 71-S-14)
c) East side of Bresee Avenue between Belgate Street
and Los Angeles Street 71-S"17)
d) North side of Olive Street between Fortin Street
and Lante Street 71-S-18)
SECTION 2. That pursuant to Section 5870, et seq., of said
Code, the City Council does hereby order and declare that on the 15th
day of September, 1971, in the Council Chambers, it will hear and pass
upon any and ail objections or protests to the Reports of Work of the
Superintendent of Streets, and the amount of the assessments assigned
against the real property described in said Reports.
SECTION 3. That all protests or objections must be in writing
and filed with the City Clerk on or before the time set for hearing of
protests and objections.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of August______,
1971.
