A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ALLOWING CLAIMS AND
DEMANDS AGAINST THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Baldwin
Pflrk. DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
SECTION 1. That according to Section 37202 of the
Govcrninrnt Code the Finance Director, or his designated reprcnent.1-
tivc. hereby certify to the accuracy of the following de—ndR, and
to the availability of funds for payents thereof.

SECTION 2. That the payroll Warrant Nu«bers U3^0
Through 30 inclusive, constituting the payroll of the
City of Baldwin Park for the period fron 7-16-71 through
7-31-71 have been presented to the City Council as required
by law, and that the sa«e are gereby ratified and approved, in the
mount of $ 71.fl6
SECTION 3. That General Warrant Nuabers 3011-?67 through
5104-267 inclusive, constituting the elains and denands against
the City of Baldwin Park, have been presented to the City Council as
required by law, and that the sa«e are hereby ratified and approved
in the awnmt of $106.885.26
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this l8th day of
Augugt 19 71. Amended by adding General Warrant nunber 5?05
Landscape Services, Retention Payment Central Park West. $9»058.97.
