A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALEWIN PARK ALLOWING CLAIMS AND
DEMANDS AGAINST THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
SECTION 1. That according to Section 37202 of the
Government Code the Finance Director, or his designated representa-
tive, hereby certify to the accuracy of the following demands, and
to the availability of funds for payments thereof.

SECTION 2. That the payroll Warrant Numbers li7l8
Through U903 inclusive, constituting the payroll of the
City of Baldwin Park for the period from 8-16-71 through
8-31-71 have been presented to the City Council as required
by law, and that the same are gereby ratified and approved, in the
amount of $ Uli^756.81i
SECTION 3. That General Warrant Numbers 3165-268 through
32$6-268 inclusive, constituting the claims and demands against
the City of Baldwin Park, have been presented to the City Council as
required by law, and that the same are hereby ratified and approved
in the amount of $ 180,619.22
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this l^th day of
September 19' 71. Amended by adding General Warrant numbers
3257, Biszantz Ford, purchase of car, $1,473.00,and 3258. Russell
Blewett, League of California Cities meeting in Sat
New Total $182,217.22.
