DEMANDS AGAINST THE CITY OF BALDWIN j
MOW, THEREFORE, The City Council bf the City of Baldwin
Park, DOBS HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER aa followi
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section 37202 of the
Government code, the Finance Director does hereby certify to the
accuracy of the demands, hereinafter referred to, and to the
availability of funds for payment thereof.

SECTION 2. That the payroll of the City of Baldwin
Park for the period from 9-1-71 through 9-15-71
incl««ive, has been presented to the City Council as required by
law, and that the same is hereby ratified and approved, in the

SECTION 3. That General Warrant Nind>ers 32^9-269
through 3396-269 inclusive, in the total amount of»170,6(A.56
constituting the claims and demands against the City of Baldwin Park,
have been presented to the City Council, as required by law, and
the same are hereby approved.
