A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DESIGNATING
PERSONNEL AUTHORIZED TO SIGN WARRANTS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Resolution No. 71*203
Is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 1. That the authorized signatures to
withdraw money from said accounts shall be as follows:
Adellna Gregory, Mayor, or
Russell Blewett, Mayor Pro Tem
and
Betty J. Codling, City Treasurer
Peggy D. Klett, Deputy City Treasurer.or
Madja A. Cole, Deputy City Treasurer
and
Thelma S* Duncan, Finance Director, or
Thelma L. Balkus, Acting City Manager
and said authorized persons shall cause their sig-
natures to be affixed to the customary signature
card of said bank*"
SECTION 2. That all resolutions Inconsistent here-
with are hereby repealed and rescinded.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to
the adoption of this resolution and forward copies hereof
to the City's depositories.
PASSED AND APPROVED on this 6th day of October 1971.
