A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK EXPRESSING
APPRECIATION AND COMMENDING CONSOLIDATED
ROCK PRODUCTS FOR THEIR CIVIC INTEREST
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, some concerned citizens on Olive Street requested
that the excavation site on the south side of Olive Street be considered
for beautification, and
WHEREAS, prompt action was taken by Consolidated Rock Products
and two tenths of a mile of block wall was installed, and
WHEREAS, those citizens living in the proximity of said
improvement have collectively and singly expressed their gratitude and
appreciation.
NOW. THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE that Consolidated Rock Products be commended for their
wholehearted cooperation by erecting a wall for the benefit of the citizens
of Baldwin Park.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be given
to Consolidated Rock Products in recognition and appreciation for their
civic interest.
PASSED AND APPROVED on this 6th day of October, 1971.
