A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK IMPOSING CERTAIN
VEHICULAR TRAFFIC REGULATIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section 3330 of the Baldwin
Park Municipal Code, the Street Superintendent of the City of
Baldwin Park is directed to remove boulevard stop signs at:
1. Baldwin Park Boulevard and Ramona Boulevard.
2. Bogart Avenue and Ramona Boulevard.
SECTION 2. That pursuant to Section 3330 of the Baldwin
Park Municipal Code» the Street Superintendent of the City of
Baldwin Park is directed to install and maintain boulevard stop
signs at:
1. Pacific Avenue at Maine Avenue to stop southbound
traffic at Maine Avenue.
2. Millbury Avenue at Central Avenue.
3. Garvey Avenue to stop east and west bound traffic
at Vineland Avenue.
SECTION 3. That the following areas are hereby designated
as No Parking", pursuant to Section 3354 of the Baldwin Park Municipal
Code.
1. West side of Maine Avenue between Pacific Avenue
and Ramona Boulevard.
2. East side of Maine Avenue for a distance of 250
feet northerly of Pacific Avenue.
SECTION 4. That the Street Superintendent is hereby directed
and instructed to'install and maintain appropriate signs and/or curb
markings giving notice of the hereinabove described vehicular traffic
restrictions.
SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution, and shall forward a copy hereof to the Street
Superintendent.
