A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF

DENAND6 AGAINST THE CITO OF BALDITXN 1
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park, DOBS HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows»
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section 37202 of the
Government Code, the finance Director does hereby certify to the
accuracy of the demands, hereinafter referred to, and to the
availability of funds for payment thereof.

SECTION 2. That the payroll of the City of Baldwin
Park for the period from 10- 1-71 through 10- 1$- 71
inclusive, has been presented to the City Council as required by
law, and that the same is hereby ratified and approved, in the
amount of lA,$63.12
SECTION 3. That General Warrant Numbers 3^92-271
through 3558-271 inclusive, in the total amount of tl20,$tXU2
constituting the claims and demands against the City of Baldwin Park,
have been presented to the City Council, as required by law, and
the same are hereby approved.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of
November 1971.
