A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPOINTING
JAMES MOCALIS AS CITY MANAGER FOR
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That James Mocalis be, and he hereby is,
appointed as City Manager of the City of Baldwin Park.
SECTION 2. That said appointee sihall serve at the
pleasure of the City Council.
SECTION 3. That said appointee shall receive compensation
in such amounts as may, from time to time, be established by the
said City Council.
SECTION 4. That said appointee shall be entitled to
vacation and sick leave, and all other fringe benefits established
by the City Council for other full time City employees.
SECTION 5. That this resolution shall take effect on
December 1, 1971.
SECTION 6. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption hereof, and shall forward to the said appointee a copy
of this said resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of November
1971.
