A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE
PERSONNEL RULES AND REGULATIONS OF
THE CITY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 208 is hereby added to Rule XI
of the Baldwin Park Personnel Rules and Regulations, to read as
follows:
208. Floating Leave. Each full tine officer
and employee of the City shall accrue one
day's leave with p^» per annum, which
said leave shall be taken, whenever possible,
on the birthdate of such officer and/or
employee, provided that the actual date for
the use of such leave shall be subject to
the approval of the officer or employee's
department head."
SECTION 2: That the Clly Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of November, 1971.
