DBIMDS AGAINST TOB CITY OP
HOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DBTERMXHB AND ORDER as follows
SECTIOK 1. That pursuant to Section 37202 of the
Governiont Code, the Finance Director does hereby certify to the
accuracy of the denands, hereinafter referred to, and to the
availability of funds for payment thereof.

SECTION 2. That the payroll of the City of Baldwin
Park for the period frosi 11-1-71 through 11-1$-71
inclusive, has been presented to the City Council as required by
law, and that the same is hereby ratified and approved, in the
aaount of 1,839.57
SECTIOB 3. that General Warrant 0«bers 3662-273
through 37U-?7^ inclusive, in the total amount of 10^,81i3J4l
constituting the cladjas and demands against the City of Baldwin Park,
have been presented to the City Council, as required by law, and
the sane are hereby approved.
