A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COWCIL W THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ALLOWING CLAINS AND
DEMANDS AGAINST THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows i
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section 37202 of the
Government Code, the Finance Director doe* hereby certify to the
accuracy of the demands, hereinafter referred to, and to the
availability of funds for payment thereof

SECTION 2. That the payroll of the City of Baldwin
Park for the period from u-16-71 through 11-30-71
inclusive, has been presented to the City Council as required by
law, and that the same is hereby ratified and approved, in the
amount of $1*?,8?5.17
SECTION 3. That General Warrant Numbers 3715
through 3890 inclusive, in the total amount of 79»197.S1*
constituting the claims and demands against the City of Baldwin Park,
have been presented to the City Council, as required by law, and
the same are hereby approved•
