A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCit OF
THE CITY OF BALWIN PARK REQUESTING
PARTICIPATION WITH THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS
The City council of the City of Baldwin Park does
hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. Be it resolved that the City Council of
the City of Baldwin Park does hereby authorize the office of
Procurement, Department of General Services of the State of
California to purchase supplies and equipment, as needed, for
and on behalf of the City of Baldwin Park pursuant to Section
14814, Government Code, and that the City Manager is hereby
authorized and directed to sign and deliver all necessary
requests and other documents in connection therewith for and on
behalf of the City of Baldwin Park.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution, and shall forward copies hereof to
the office of Procurement, Department of General Services of the
State of California.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 5th 3ay of
