A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ADOPTING A
CLARIFICATION OF AMBIGUITY THEATERS
IN THE C-2 ZONE WITHOUT A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the clarification of ambiguity as recommended
by the Planning Commission by Its Resolution No. PC71-88, Is hereby
modified and approved and hereafter shall govern all Interpretations
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code as follows:
Theaters In all zones shall be permitted only If a
conditional use permit therefor Is first obtained.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution and forward copies hereof to the Secretary of the
Planning Commission.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 5th day of January. 1972.
