A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DESIGNATING PERSONNEL
AUTHORIZED TO SIGN WARRANTS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Resolution No. 71-238 Is hereby amended
to read as follows:
Section 1. That the authorized signatures to withdraw
money from said accounts shall be as follows:
Adellna Gregory, Mayor or
Russell Blewett, Mayor Pro Tern
and
Betty J. Codling, City Treasurer, or
Peggy D. Klett. Deputy City Treasurer
and
James S, Mocalis, City Manager, or
Thelma S. Duncan, Finance Director, or
Thelma L. Balkus. City Clerk
and said authorized persons shall cause their signatures to be affixed
to the customary signature card of said bank*"
SECTION 2. That all resolutions Inconsistent herewith are hereby re-
pealed and rescinded.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution, and forward copies hereof, to the City's depositories.
PASSED AND APPROVED on this 19th day of January 1972.
