A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE CITY'S COMPREHENSIVE
GENERAL PLAN COMMUNITY DESIGN STUDY CASE NO.
SP-21. CITY INITIATED)
THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS;
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
hereby find, determine and declare, as follows:
a) That the Planning Commission of said City has heretofore
Initiated a study concerning the amendment of the Comprehensive General Plan
of said City with reference to street circulation for the area between Monter-
ey» Baldwin Park Boulevard and Rexwoods and,
b) That the said Commission has conducted a duly noticed public
hearing upon said matter and has recommended to the Council that the said
Comprehensive General Plan be amended to delete the future street as shown on
Exhibit A" attached hereto and Incorporated herein by this references and,

c) That the City Council has heretofore conducted a duly
noticed public hearing upon said recomnendatlon and has determined that the
public Interest, convenience and necessity require that said General Plan
be amended as recommended by the Commission.
SECTION 2. That the future street, as Is depicted on Exhibit A" attached
hereto, be removed from the General Plan. The Planning Director Is directed to
take the steps necessary to reflect said amendment upon all copies of the City's
Comprehensive General Plan.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption hereof and
cause a copy of this Resolution to be forwarded to the Secretary of the Planning
Commission.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 19th day of January, 1972.
