NOW, THBRETORB, The City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park, DOBS HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as followsx
SECTZOM 1. That pursuant to Section 37202 of the
Government Code, the Finance Director does hereby certify to the
accuracy of the demands, hereinafter referred to, and to the
availability of funds for payment thereof.

SECTION 2. That the payroll of We City of Baldwin
Park for the period from 1-1-72 through 1-15-72
inclusive, has been presented to the City Council as required by
lav, and that the same is hereby ratified and approved, in the

SECTION 3. That General Warrant Numbers Ul07-27^
through Ul79-?7$ inclusive, in the total amount of 130,91^.^9
constituting the claims and demands against the City of Baldwin Park,
have been presented to the City council, as required by law, and
the same are hereby approved.
