A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DESIGNATING
PERSONNEL AUTHORIZED TO SIGN WARRANTS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OP BALDWIN PARK DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1- That Section 1 of Resolution No. 71-238
is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 1- That the following
officers shall be designated as those
persons whose signatures shall appear on
City warrants, except on payroll, as follows:
1) The Mayor or
Mayor Pro Tern or
City Clerk or
Finance Director or
City Manager; and
2) The City Treasurer or
his authorized Deputy
Not less than one of the signatures of the
officers authorized above to sign such
warrant shall be a manual signature."
SECTION 2. That all Resolutions inconsistent with
the provisions hereof are to that extent, repealed,
rescinded and deemed amended.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify the
adoption of this Resolution, and forward copies hereof,
to the City's depositories.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 2nd day of February
1972.
