A RESOLUTION OP THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ALLOWING CLAIMS AND
DEMANDS AGAINST THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows i
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section 37202 of the
Government Code, the Finance Director does hereby certify to the
accuracy of the demands, hereinafter referred to, and to the
availability of funds for payment thereof.

SECTION 2. That the payroll of the City of Baldwin
Park for the period from 2-1-72 through 2-15-72
inclusive, has been presented to the City Council as required by
law, and that the same is hereby ratified and approved, in the
amount of $ 44,570.88.
SECTION 3. That General Warrant Numbers 4284
through 4342 4345 inclusive, in the total amount of XMpX»W $188,749.66
constituting the claims and demands against the City of Baldwin Park,
have been presented to the city Council, as required by law, and
the same are hereby approved.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this lst day of
March______, 19 72 Amended by adding General Warrant number 4345
in the amount of $5,636.90 to J,0, Cataneda & Soj>a^ curbs and gutters.^ Amended
total $188,749.66.
