A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK IMPOSING CERTAIN
VEHICULAR TRAFFIC REGULATIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section 3330 of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code, the Street Superintendent of the City of Baldwin Park
is directed to install and maintain boulevard stop signs at:
1. Olive Street and Merced Avenue
2. Merced Avenue at Nubia Street to stop southbound
traffic.
SECTION 2. That pursuant to Section 3340 of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code, the Street Superintendent of the City of Baldwin Park
is directed to install and maintain crosswalks at:
1, The intersection of Olive Street and Merced Avenue.
SECTION 3. That pursuant to Section 3322 of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code, the Street Superintendent of the City of Baldwin Park
is directed to install and maintain pavement striping at:
1. Merced Avenue, north of Olive Street.
SECTION 4. That pursuant to Section 3321 of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code, the Street Superintendent of the City of Baldwin Park
is directed to install and maintain reflectory barriers at:
1. The intersection of Nubia Street and Merced Avenue.
SECTION 5. That the Street Superintendent is hereby directed
and instructed to install and maintain appropriate signs and/or curb
markings giving notice of the hereinabove described vehicular traffic
restrictions.
SECTION 6. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution, and shall forward a copy hereof to the Street
Superintendent.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of March________,
