A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK SETTING A HEARING
DATE FOR ANY PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO
THE REPORTS OF THE SUPERINTENDENT OF
STREETS 71-S-36, 50, 51 & 52)
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That the Superintendent of Streets has heretofore
filed Reports of Work, dated March 15, 1972, pursuant to Section
5882 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of Califdrnia,
relating to the construction of certain improvements completed in the
following cases:
a) West side of Barnes Avenue between FairgroVe
Street and Waltham Street 71-S-36)
b) East side of Syracuse Avenue between Bess
Avenue and Torch Street 71-S-50)
c) East side of Syracuse Avenue between Fairgrove
Street and Waltham Street 71-S-51)
d) East side of Syracuse Avenue between Aukland
Street and Finchley Street 71-S-52)
SECTION 2. That pursuant to Section 5870, et seq., of said
Code, the City Council does hereby order and declare that on the 19th
day of April, 1972, in the Council Chambers, it will hear and pass
upon any and all objections or protests to the Reports of Work of the
Superintendent of Streets, and the amount of the assessments assigned
against the real property described in said Reports.
SECTION 3. That all protests or objections must be in writing
and filed with the City Clerk on or before the time set for hearing of
protests and objections.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of
1972.
