A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPROVING
SPECIFIC PLAN NO. 23 AS RECOMMENDED
BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF SAID
CITY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That attached hereto, incorporated herein
by this reference, and marked Exhibit A", is that certain
document entitled Specific Plan No. 23 City of Baldwin
Park". Said Specific Plan which relates to the location
of a future street adjacent to Pleasant View School be,
and the same hereby is, approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify the
adoption of this Resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of March
1972.
