A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK SETTING A HEARING
DATE FOR ANY PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO
THE REPORTS OF THE SUPERINTENDENT OF
STREETS 71-S-53, 54, 55 6 56)
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park docs hereby
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That the Superintendent of Streets has heretofore
filed Reports of Work, dated April 19, 1972, pursuant to Section
5882 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California,
relating to the construction of certain improvements completed in
the following cases:
a) East side of Syracuse Avenue between Salisbury
Street and Royston Street 71-S-53)
b) East side of Syracuse Avenue between Blenheim
Street and Salisbury Street 71-S-54)
c) East side of Syracuse Avenue between Raraona
Boulevard and Blenheim Street 71-S-55)
d) Northeast side of Bess Avenue between Athol
Street and Mangum Street 71-S-56)
SECTION 2. That pursuant to Section 5870, et seq., of said
Code, the City Council does hereby order and declare that on the 17th
day of Hay, 1972, in the Council Chambers, it will hear and pass upon
any and all objections or protests to the Reports of Work of the
Superintendent of Streets, and the amount of the assessments assigned
against the real property described in said Reports.
SECTION 3. That all protests or objections must be in writing
and filed with the City Clerk on or before the time set for hearing of
protests and objections.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of April______,
