A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK IMPOSING CERTAIN
VEHICULAR TRAFFIC REGULATIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section 3330 of the Baldwin
Park. Municipal Code, the Street Superintendent of the City of
Baldwin Park is directed to install and maintain boulevard stop
signs at:
1. Intersection of Central Avenue and Big Dalton
Avenue
2. Intersection of Robin Way and Sterling Drive.
SECTION 2. That the following area is hereby designated as
Loading Zone Only", pursuant to Section 3345, etal of the Baldwin
Park Municipal Code.
1. Area in front of the shopping center on
Baldwin Park Boulevard near the intersection
of Merced Avenue.
SECTION 3. That the following area is hereby designated
as One Way Street", pursuant to Section 3329 of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code.
1. Ramona Boulevard and parking areas.
SECTION 4. That pursuant to Section 3346 of the Baldwin
Park Municipal Code, the Street Superintendent is directed to
install and maintain parking restrictions in the following area:
1. Ramona Boulevard
SECTION 5. That the Street Superintendent is hereby directed
and instructed to install and maintain appropriate signs and/or curb
markings giving notice of the hereinabove described vehicular traffic
restrictions.
SECTION 6. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution and shall forward a copy hereof to the Street
Superintendent.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of May
1972.
