A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK IMPOSING CERTAIN
VEHICULAR TRAFFIC REGULATIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section 3346 of the Baldwin
Park Municipal Code, the Street Superintendent is directed to
install and maintain parking restrictions in the following areas:
1. Intersection of Foster Street and Frazier
Street.
2. Intersection of Virginia Avenue and Badillo
Street.
3. Intersection of Vineland Avenue and Badillo
Street.
4. On Big Dalton Avenue from Central Avenue to
Puente Avenue.
SECTION 2. That pursuant to Section 3330 of the Baldwin
Park Municipal Code, the Street Superintendent of the City of
Baldwin Park is directed to install and maintain boulevard stop
signs at:
1. Intersection of Vineland Avenue and Elstead
Avenue.
2. Intersection of Vineland Avenue and Central
Avenue.
3. Intersection, of Vineland Avenue and Jeremie
Street.
4. Intersection of Vineland Avenue and Chevalier
Avenue.
5. Intersection of Vineland Avenue and Clydewood
Avenue.
6. Intersection of Vineland Avenue and Cloverside
Street.
7. Intersection of Robinette Avenue and Waco
Street.
SECTION 3. That the Street Superintendent is hereby directed
and instructed to install and maintain appropriate signs and/or curb
markings giving notice of the hereinabove described vehicular traffic
restrictions.
SECTION 4. That the"City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution and shall forward a copy hereof to the Street
Superintendent.
