A RESOLUTION OF HE CITY COlNClb OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPOINTING
CERTAIN PERSONS TO THE BALDWIN PARK
PLANNING COMMISSION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons are
hereby appointed as members of the Planning Commission of
the City of Baldwin Park. Each such appointee shall hold
the office, and serve for the term, as follows:
a) Roland Boisjoli, Planning Commission
Office No. 1, for a term expiring on February 1,
1976;
b) Vincent P. Moreno, Planning Commission
Office No. 2, for a term expiring on February 1,
1976; and
c) Edwin Eiko, Planning Commission Office
No. 5, for a term expiring on February 1, 1973.
SECTION 2. That notwithstanding the terms of office
of the foregoing appointees, as set forth in this Resolu-
tion, the terms of office of said appointees shall be
subject to a redesignation thereof in accordance with the
provisions of brdinance No. 643 as adopted on July 5, 1972.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify the
adoption of this Resolution and shall forward.a copy hereof
to each of the appointees hereinabove described.
