A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DECLARING
ITS INTENTION TO VACATE A CERTAIN
PORTION OF RAHONA BOULFVARO IN THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK. V-72-3)
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does hereby declare Its Intention to consider the vacation of
portions of said future street. In the City of Baldwin Park, County
of Los Angeles, State of California, as shown on that certain map
orplan on file In the office of the city Clerk of said City, being
designated as No. V-72-3 and to which reference Is hereby made for
further particulars, said area proposed for vacation Is described
as follows:
PARCEL as shown on Map No. V-72-3 exhibit A"
SECTION 2. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does hereby elect to proceed under and by virtue of the provisions
of Section 8300 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of
California.
SECTION 3. That the hour of 7:30 P.M. on the 6th day of
September, 1972, Is hereoy fixed as the time, and the Council Changers
at the City Hall located at 14403 East Pacific Avenue. City of
Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, Is hereby
fixed as the place for hearing all persons interested in or objecting
to the proposed vacation as above described.
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall cause notices of this
resolution and cause the same to be published or posted in the
manner described by law.
PASSED. APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 16th day of August
1972
