A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ORDERING
THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF RAMONA
BOULEVARD MITHIH SAID CITY. V-72-3.
WHEREAS, In accordance with the provisions of the Street Vacation
Act of 1941". the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park did, on the
16th day of August, 1972. adopt Its Resolution of Intention No. 72-115,
declaring Its Intention to vacate a portion of a future street In the
City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, as
described on Exhibit A".
WHEREAS, said Resolution of Intention was duly published and
notice of street vacation duly posted, all In the form, place, time
and manner required by law; and
WHEREAS, this City Council, at the hearing designated by said
Resolution of Intention, on the 6th day of September, 1972, heard
all of the evidence offered In relation to the proposed vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
FIND, DETERMINE, RESOLVE and OROEF, as follows:
SECTION 1. That said portion of the street described In Exhibit A11.
Is not needed for present or prospective public street purposes, therefore,
the same be and Is hereby vacated for public street purposes.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk Is hereby directed to certify to
the passage of this Resolution and shall cause a certified copy thereof,
attested by her under the seal of the City to be recorded In the office
of the County Recorder, Los Angeles County, California.
PASSED. APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September
1972.

certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly approved and
