A RESOLUTION OP THE CITY COUNCIL OP THK
CITO OP BALDWIN PARK ALLOWING CLAIMS AMD
DEMANDS AGAINST TOE CITY OP BALDWIN PARK
NOW, THEREFORE, The city council of the city of Baldwin
Park, DOBS HBRXBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDBR as followst
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section 37202 of the
Government Code, the Finance Director does hereby certify to the
accuracy of the demands, hereinafter referred to, and to the
availability of funds for payment thereof.

SECTION 2. That the payroll of the City of Baldwin
Park for the period from 10-1-72 through 10-15-72
inclusive, has been presented to the city Council as required by
law, and that the same is hereby ratified and approved, in the
amount of $49,180.87,
SECTION 3. That General Warrant Numbers 283, 6002
through 6066 inclusive, in the total askount of $53,409.91
constituting the claims and demands against the City of Baldwin Park,
have been presented to the City Council, as required by law, and
the same are hereby approved*
