RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK FINDING AND DE-
TERMINING THE EXISTENCE OF A PUBLIC
NUISANCE AND ORDERING THE SAME ABATED.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park does hereby find, determine and declare as follows:
a) That pursuant to Section 3200 et seq., of
the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, proceedings have been
initiated to determine whether certain premises/ and
buildings and structures thereon constitute a public
nuisance; and
b) That the property located at 12872 Ramona
Boulevard more particularly described as follows:
Rancho La Puente lot comencing south 14°081 west 310
feet and south 75°521 east 600 feet and north 14°181
east 463.4 feet from most northerly corner of Tract
No. 10104 thence north 14°08' east to southeast line of
west Ramona omitted portion in Assessor's Map Book north
75°52' west to beginning. 8551-9-37)
c) That a duly noticed public hearing having
been conducted pursuant to Section 3203 et seq., of
the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, to determine whether
the buildings and structures on said property, in their
present state/ constitute a public nuisance; and
d) That as a result of the evidence presented
at said hearing, it was determined that the same does
constitute a public nuisance; and that the public
interest requires tha^ the same be abated; and
e) That the staff report, relating to this
matter, is hereby approved and adopted by this reference.
SECTION 2. Tha-t- the owners of said property, or others
having an interest therein, shall abate said nuisance in the
manner net forth in the staff report, as approved by this City
Council. If such abatement is not accomplished, as required
hereby, within 60 days from the date hereof, the City
Manager shall abate the same as provided in Section 3208 et
seq., of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to he
adoption of the Resolution and cause copies hereof to be
forwarded as prescribed by the Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
