A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK IMPOSING CERTAIN
VEHICULAR TRAFFIC REGULATIONS STOP SIGNS)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section 3330 of the Baldwin
Park Municipal Code, the Street Superintendent of the City of
Baldwin Park is directed to install and maintain boulevard stop
signs at:
1. Stewart Avenue at Palm Avenue
2. Stewart Avenue at Ohio Street
3. Stewart Avenue at Nubia Street
4. Stewart Avenue at Ramona Boulevard service road
SECTION 2. That the Street Superintendent is hereby directed
and Instructed to install and maintain appropriate signs and/or curb
markings giving notice of the hereinabove described vehicular traffic
restrictions.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution, and shall forward a copy hereof to the Street
Superintendent.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 20thday of December
1972.
