A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPOINTING
CERTAIN PERSONS TO THE BALDWIN PARK
PLANNING COMMISSION. AND TO THE
PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the following named person is hereby
appointed as a member of the Planning Commission of the City of Baldwin
Park. Such appointee shall hold the office, at the pleasure of the
City Council, and serve for the term, as follows:
Jorge 0. Svoboda, Planning Commission
Office No. 1, for a term expiring on February 1, 1976.
SECTION 2. That the following named person is hereby
appointed as a member of the Park and Recreation Commission of the City
of Baldwin Park. Such appointee shall hold the office, at the pleasure
of the City Council, and serve for the unexpired term, of Office No. B,
ending on September 20, 1973. as follows:
Bess V. Jenkins, Park and Recreation
Office No. B, for a term expiring on September 20, 1973.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify the adoption of
this Resolution and shall forward copies hereof to the appointees herein
above described.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of December. 1972.
