DBNANDS AGAINST THE CIW OP BALDWIN PARK
HOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park, DOBS HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AMD ORDER as follows«
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section 37202 of the
Government Code, the Finance Director doe* hereby certify to the
accuracy of the demand*, hereinafter referred to, and to the
availability of funds for payment thereof.

SECTION 2. That the payroll of the City of Baldwin
Park for the period from 1-1-73 through 1-15-73
inclusive, has been presented to the City Council as required by
law, and that the same is hereby ratified and approved, in the
amount of $49,849.33
SECTION 3. that General Warrant Numbers 6655
through 6774 inclusive, in the total aaftount of $89,919.81
constituting the claims and demands against the City of Baldwin Park,
have been presented to the City Council, as required by law, and
the same are hereby approved*
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 7th____day of
