TO THE MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL, COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, AND
CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the City Council and Community
Redevelopment Agency is hereby called to be held on WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 1, 2003, at 6:00
P.M. in the Council Chamber, 14403 E. Pacific Avenue, Baldwin Park, CA91706.
Said Special Meeting shall be for the purpose of conducting business in accordance with the
attached Agenda.
NO OTHER BUSINESS WILL BE DISCUSSED

A. CORAK STREET NEIGHBORHOOD IMPROVEMENTS RELATING TO THE VILLA RAMONA
RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT CONTINUED FROM SEPTEMBER 17, 2003)
Recommendation: Authorize staff to provide a loan in the amount of $200,000 from the Low
and Moderate Income Housing Fund to the Developer provided that the Developer completes
the proposed off-site improvements and utilizes the remaining funding of $46,000 toward the
unforeseen expenditures.
