A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALOWIN PARK IMPOSING CERTAIN
VEHICULAR TRAFFIC REGULATIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK OOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Sect-ion 3354 of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code, the Street Superintendent of the City of Baldwin Park
Is directed to remove No Parking" at:

1. St. John the Baptist School at 3870 Stewart Avenue.
SECTION 2. That the following area Is hereby designed as
Loading Zone Only", pursuant to Section 3345, of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code.
1. St. John the Baptist School at 3848 and 3870 Stewart Avenue
SECTION 3. That the following area Is hereby designated as
No Parking", pursuant 3354 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
1. Bogart Avenue, easterly 75 feet from Its Intersection
with Pacific Avenue.
SECTION 4. That the Street Superintendent Is hereby directed
and Instructed to Install and maintain appropriate signs and/or curb
markings giving notice of the herelnabove described vehicular traffic
restrictions.
SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution, and shall forward a copy hereof to the Street
Superintendent.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of February
