A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ADOPTING A
SCHEDULE OF STREET IMPROVEMENT CHARGES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY
FIND, RESOLVE AND ORDER:
SECTION 1. That where property owners desire to avail
themselves the us^ of the city contractor for the purpose of con-
structing street Improvements; the following charges are hereby
adopted as cost of construction, cost of administration and cost
control:
1) Curb and gutter at $3.00 per lineal foot
2) Sidewalk at $0.70 per square foot
3) Drive approach at $0.90 per square foot
SECTION 2. That all funds collected will be deposited
In the cash deposit account to be used for the desired construction
with any surplus to be used for curb, gutter, sidewalk and Intersection
construction.
SECTION 3. That Resolution No. 70-295 Is hereby rescinded.
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption hereof.
PASSED. APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of February
1973.
