RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BLADWIN PARK FINDING AND DE-
TERMINING THE EXISTENCE OF A PUBLIC
NUISANCE AND ORDERING THE SAME ABATED.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park does hereby find, determine and declare as follows:
a) That pursuant to Section 3200 et seq., of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code, proceedings have been initiated
to determine whether certain premises, and buildings and
structures thereon constitute a public nuisance; and
b) That the property located at 4332 Center
Street more particularly described as follows: Lot
commencing east 25 feet and south 349 feet from northwest
corner of Section 18 Township 1 South Range 10 West
thence south on east line of Center Street 59 feet
thence east 150 feet thence south 120 feet thence east
155 feet thence north 264 feet thence west 155 feet
thence south 85 feet thence west 150 feet to beginning
part of Lot in Lot 18. 8546-25-3)
c) That a duly noticed public hearing having
been conducted, pursuant to Section 3203 et seq., of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code, to determine whether the
buildings and structures on said property, in their present
state, constitute a public nuisance; and
d) That as a result of the evidence presented
at said hearing, it was determined that the same does
constitute a public nuisance; and that the public in-
terest requires that the same be abated; and
e) That the staff report, relating to this
matter, is hereby approved and adopted by this reference.
SECTION 2. That the owners of said property, or others
having an interest therein, shall abate said nuisance in the
manner set forth in the staff report, as approved by this City
Council. If such abatement is not accomplished, as required
hereby, within 60 days from the date hereof, the City Manager
shall abate the same, as provided in Section 3208 et seq., of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of the Resolution and cause copies hereof to be forwarded
as prescribed by the Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
