A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK IMPOSING
CERTAIN VEHICULAR TRAFFIC REGULATIONS
NO PARKING" BOTH SIDES OF DEXTER STREET
BETWEEN PUENTE AVENUE AND BIG DALTON AVENUE)
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. That the following area is hereby designated
as No Parking Between the Hours of 8:00 A.M. and 2:00 P.M.",
pursuant to Section 3354 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code.
1. Both sides of Dexter Street between
Puente Avenue and Big Dalton Avenue.
SECTION 2. That the Street Superintendent is hereby
directed and instructed to install and maintain appropriate
signs and/or curb markings giving notice of the hereinabove
described vehicular traffic restrictions.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution, and shall forward a copy hereof
to the Street Superintendent.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of April
1973.
