A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPROVING
A CLARIFICATION OF AMBIGUITY
DISTRIBUTION CENTERS MERCHANDISE)")
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the Planning Commission's
recommendation, Distribution Centers Merchandise)", being
similiar to, and compatible with, uses expressly permitted
in zone M-l, shall be deemed to be a permitted use in zone
M-l.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 4th day of April
1973.
