A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPROVING
A CLARIFICATION OF AMBIGUITY CASE
NOS. CA73-3 AND CA73-4)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the Planning Commission's
recommendation, Recreation Vehicle Storage Yards", and Liquid
Propane Gas Storage and Distribution Yards", being similar to
and compatible with, uses expressly permitted in zone M-1],
shall be deemed to be permitted uses in zone M-1],
SECTION 2. That the City clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of May 1973.
