A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ESTABLISHING
A SPECIFIC PLAN SP 28).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park does hereby find, determine and declare as
follows:
a) That the Planning Commission has hereto-
fore conducted studies and, as a result thereof,
recommended to the City Council the adoption of
a Specific Plan 28 in reference to a street pattern
for the area described hereinafter;
b) That the area to which said Specific
Plan 28 refers, is as shown on Exhibit A" attached
hereto and incorporated herein by this reference;
c) That the City Council has conducted public
hearings upon said proposed Specific Plan 28 and has
heretofore found that the recommendations of the
Planning Commission for the adoption thereof, are
required and are in the public interest.
SECTION 2. That the Specific Plan 28 as shown on
Exhibit A" hereto, be and the same hereby is adopted.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to
the adoption of this Resolution.

1973.
