A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPROVING FINAL TRACT
MAP NO. 24170
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does hereby find, determine and declare as follows:
a. Tentative Tract Map, Tract No. 24170, has heretofore
been approved by the City of Baldwin Park Resolution
No. 73-64; upon certain terms and conditions as therein
contained; and
b. That the subdivider has agreed to all of said terms
and conditions; and the Director of Public Works has
certified that all plans and specifications as re-
quired by said Resolution have been approved by him.
SECTION 2. That the Director of Public Works has determined that
a cash deposit in the amount of $160.00 is required to insure construction
of all necessary improvements as set forth in Resolution No. 73-64.
SECTION 3. That all areas offered for dedication on said tract
map are hereby accepted; that the said final tract map as submitted is
hereby approved.
SECTION 4. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a subdivision agreement on behalf of the City with
the subdivider relating to said tract.
SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution and forward copies hereof to the Secretary of the Planning
Commission, subdivider and Real Estate Commission.
