A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
RESOLUTION 72-93 RELATING TO CERTAIN
BUDGETARY APPROPRIATIONS
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does
RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park does hereby find, determine and declare as follows:
a) That on July 7, 1972 the City Council did authorize
the purchase of property located at 4836 Fortin
Street totaling $5,357.00; and
b) That on August 16, 1972 the City Council did
authorize the expenditure for completion of Public
Works and Planning renovation totaling $3,500.00
and
c) That on November 15, 1972 the City Council did
authorize the purchase of Data Processing Equip-
ment totaling $147,189.00; and
d) That on November 15, 1972 the City Council did
authorize the transfer of one employee from the
Public Works Landscape Section to Public Build-
ings Maintenance totaling $7,843.00; and
e) That on January 8, 1973 the City Council did
authorize the purchase of a trailer to be used
by the East Valley Information System totaling
$12,323.00; and
f) That on April 15, 1973 the City Council did
authorize and approve the position of Assistant
City Manager totaling $1,844.00; and
g) That the City Council did authorize the renova-
tion of room 100 for use by Data Processing and
moving of City Manager's office at an estimated
cost of $11,000.00.
SECTION 2. That to accommodate the foregoing expenditures
it is necessary to amend the 1972-73 Budget as hereinafter set
forth:
