A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPROVING
AND ADOPTING THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
EMERGENCY OPERATIONS PLAN DATED JUNE,
1973 AS AMENDED
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted legislation
providing for an Emergency Operations Program, specifically
Ordinance No- 477, Resolution No. 56-69 and Resolution No.
65-101, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to carry out the
provisions of law relating to planning for a disaster or
emergency, and
WHEREAS, the City of Baldwin Park Emergency
Operations Plan has been prepared,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park does hereby resolve as follows:
1. The City Council does hereby approve and adopt
the Baldwin Park Emergency Operations Plan dated June/ 1973,
as amended, three or more copies of which are on file in the
office of the City Clerk, as if the same were fully set forth
herein.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to send three copies of this Resolution to the State Disaster
Council.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June
1973.
